We work with small-to-medium sized businesses and big companies, not-for-profit organisations and private companies.
Each of our clients is unique and we tailor our services to their needs. We pride ourselves on partnering with our clients to listen to where they are at, what their specific challenges are, what they want to achieve, and then work with them to deliver some great outcomes.
As part of our consulting solution we draw on best practice obtained from more than 15 years HR and business management experience in a range of sectors; as well as ensuring we keep up to date with current practices and continual research.
With our strategic and operational management expertise we have the ability to flex between both and also bring a business and governance lens to HR.
Sometimes we work with Executive Teams or support the Head of HR to develop an HR strategy that is aligned with their business objectives; and sometimes we are an extra pair of hands for established HR teams to help make progress on projects which have been on the "to-do-list".
Here's some examples of our recent work:
- Partnered with the Head of HR and worked with the Executive to develop an HR strategy that identified resourcing, retention and development activities that aligned with the organisation's business strategy to ensure a "future ready" workforce
- Strengthened organisational governance by identifying areas of HR related risk and developed strategies and processes to mitigate
- Partnered with HR teams to refresh employee lifecycle processes to create efficiencies, while also enhancing the employee experience
- Facilitated a process mapping exercise between support departments to create task and role clarity between teams and improve effectiveness and conflict reduction
- Developed a new onboarding experience to ensure a welcoming experience for new employees and to ensure they can feel a sense of productivity and purpose from day one
- Supported organisations to become agile and adapt to flexible and hybrid working
- Mentoring and coaching of HR professionals for success in their current roles and preparing them for future opportunities
- Supported the implementation of a new candidate management and employee technologies (ATS and self-service portals) - identifying opportunities for system and process improvements that create efficiencies and an enhanced user experiences
- Provided advice on the launch of an organisation-wide mentoring program and chairing the program's evaluation committee
