OLR is proudly founded by Olivia Rowan.

Olivia launched OLR in 2017 as she wanted to make a difference - supporting people to make positive changes to their lives through coaching.

Since then she has expanded the business into HR consulting, and supports organisations to ensure people strategies are aligned with business objectives while creating better workplaces.

Olivia's clients benefit from her diverse experience of more than 15 years in HR, gained working internationally in HR across a range of sectors. In addition to this, Olivia's real point of differentiation and her "superpower" is her business management expertise which enables her to bring a business lens to HR.

Olivia's strategic and analytical mindset can be utilised to develop practical, operational processes and ways of working. She is also accredited with the DISC ADVANCED® profiling tool.

Olivia is passionate about wellbeing and works with organisations to assist their people to incorporate self-care into their daily lives, as well as improving their personal effectiveness.

When she is not consulting or coaching, Olivia focuses on her own wellbeing and enjoys being active (usually at the gym or walking), she is always looking for opportunities to get onto her yoga mat (even if it is just for a few minutes!), and spends quality time with her loved ones - commonly accompanied with good food and wine!
