About Us

OLR is proudly founded by Olivia Rowan.

Olivia draws on her extensive experience by providing consulting services that ensure HR strategies and processes are aligned with business objectives while creating better workplaces.

Olivia's clients benefit from her diverse experience of more than 15 years in HR and business management, gained working in Australia and also internationally across a range of sectors. Olivia's real point of differentiation and her "superpower" is her business management expertise which enables her to bring a business and governance lens to HR solutions.

Olivia's strategic and analytical mindset is great for strategy work but can also be put to good use for developing practical, operational processes and ways of working. Olivia is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She is also a trained coach, and a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). 

Olivia also enjoys coaching and mentoring clients; whereby she works with them to help them to gain clarity on their career, identifies development opportunities that are aligned with their goals, and supports clients to make some positive changes to create the life they aspire to.

When she is not consulting or coaching, Olivia enjoys going for walks, she is always looking for opportunities to get to a pilates class or to hop onto her yoga mat to recharge (even if it is just for a few minutes!), one of her happy places is in the kitchen baking, she loves engrossing herself in a good book, and spending quality time with loved ones.
